The following Terms & Conditions answer common questions about ordering products from our online store. Please read them carefully before placing an order. All purchases are subject to these Terms & Conditions, our Shipping Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy.

PRICING

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges.

U.S. and International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import charges, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Product availability, specifications, descriptions, images, pricing, and quantities are subject to change without notice.

Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other payment methods offered at checkout. Billing information may be verified prior to order processing.

Applicable GST, HST, PST, QST, or other sales taxes will be added where required by law.

While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, errors in product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, or availability may occur. DADA Marine Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel affected orders.

Prices are subject to market conditions and supplier pricing and may change without notice.

ORDERING INFORMATION

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

DADA Marine Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order, correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse service at its sole discretion.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. Orders are considered accepted once they have been processed and shipped.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

Not all products displayed on our website are necessarily in stock and available for immediate shipment.

Products may become unavailable, backordered, discontinued, or delayed by manufacturers or suppliers without prior notice.

Should an item become unavailable after an order is placed, DADA Marine Inc. will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer.

APPLYING COUPONS & GIFT CARDS

Coupons and promotional codes may be entered during checkout.

Promotional offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Gift cards may be redeemed online by entering the applicable gift card code during checkout.

DADA Marine Inc. reserves the right to modify, cancel, or restrict promotional offers at any time.

CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER

Orders for products that are in stock may be cancelled without charge, provided they have not yet shipped.

Orders for products that are not in stock, special-order products, supplier-sourced products, and pre-orders may be cancelled before shipment, subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

This fee covers payment processing charges, supplier charges, administrative costs, and order handling expenses.

Once an order has shipped or has been dispatched directly from a supplier to the customer, it cannot be cancelled.

OUT-OF-STOCK / SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Items that are not in stock at the time of purchase may be sourced specifically for the customer from a supplier.

Orders for non-stock items, special-order items, supplier-sourced products, and pre-orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled prior to shipment.

Once shipped, these items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable except in cases of shipping damage, manufacturer defects, or shipping errors by DADA Marine Inc.

WARRANTY

Defective items covered by a manufacturer's warranty will be repaired, replaced, or otherwise handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.

DADA Marine Inc. reserves the right to inspect, verify, and approve all warranty claims before any replacement, repair, credit, or refund is issued.

Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by external factors.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DADA Marine Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, inability to use, or performance of any product sold.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
