At DADA Marine Inc., we aim to provide a simple, transparent, and fair experience. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.


1. Return Period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.


2. Eligibility

  • Item must be new, unused, and not installed
  • Returned in original packaging
  • All parts and accessories included
  • Proof of purchase required

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.


4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for returning the product and may use the carrier of their choice. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipment. DADA Marine Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


5. Inspection & Refunds

Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Processing time: 5–10 business days.


6. Applicable Fees

Standard returns: 5% fee

Special orders: 25% fee

  • Pre-orders
  • Custom orders
  • Non-stock items

These fees cover transaction costs, logistics, and inventory handling.


7. Special Orders

Special orders may not be cancellable once confirmed.

Some items may be non-returnable depending on supplier policies.


8. Duties & Import Fees

Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.

These charges are imposed by government authorities and are never refunded to the merchant.

  • Gift cards

10. Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue.


11. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.


12. European Union

EU customers have a 14-day legal right to cancel their order.
