Terms of service

Final sales, no exchanges or credits under any circumstances apply on the following products: Made-on-order, drop ship items, clearance items. All shipment are ex-work our warehouse in Saint-Eustache, Quebec, Canada.

If these items are found to be damaged or defective, you must notify us by email within 10 days for replacement.

Returns from International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees to be paid prior to a credit being  issued. We can not accept returns older than 30 days.
